Upon successful integration and use of service, New Horizons will provide you with insights covering utilization and basic usage, etc. Based on results, your dedicated team may suggest additional computer training options.
Accessing this service does not call for any specific software requirements. Administrative rights to systems may need to be approved by your IT department for security purposes when using the screen sharing feature.
